The role

The MAIs serve as centres of competence in a network of partner institutions comprising public sector bodies (universities, research institutions, and administrations), private sector bodies and NGOs. They coordinate information and action in order to aid the development of agriculture and rural societies, the management of enterprises and renewable resources, and the administration of agricultural and food policies.
