Project Summary

The EFEF project intends to support the revitalisation of the agricultural sector and, specifically support cereal growing in Sebha district. It supports the revival of the agricultural sector and local farmers through the supply of modern and efficient farm machinery and equipment for fruit, vegetable and cereal growing and delivery of agricultural machinery custom hiring services for enhanced agricultural production and productivity, improved employment opportunities and better working conditions for various categories of workers and/or job seekers in the municipalities of Sebha, Murzuq, Ghat and Ubari of Fezzan region (Libya).

Promote enhanced social cohesion, inclusivity, youth and women empowerment through support to TVET and socio-educational initiatives targeting (female and male) youth from the local communities.
