Focusing on the theme “Consumers and Mediterranean diet: towards food systems transformation”, this webinar will bring together food systems stakeholders from across the Mediterranean to address a key question: what is the active role that consumers can play in shaping more sustainable food systems and what are the implications for rethinking Mediterranean diets?
This event is jointly organized by the International Centre for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies (CIHEAM), the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the Secretariat of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM), and the Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area (PRIMA) within the framework of the SFS-MED Platform, a multi-stakeholder initiative for Sustainable Food Systems in the Mediterranean.
