The CIHEAM Secretary-General, Plácido Plaza Lopez received the Consul of the Libyan Embassy in Paris, Dr Abdalbast Alhmri.
An opportunity to discuss areas of collaboration of common interest for sustainable food and agricultural systems.
For several years the CIHEAM has been cooperating with Libyan institutions through training and capacity building activities for local development, sustainable management of the agricultural value chain or for the development of coastal communities.
